What’s Included
Everything in the Superior Audit
- System-specific checklists (no generic boxes): asphalt shingles, metal (classic-rib, standing seam, metal shingles), copper (standing/flat-lock/specialty), slate (real/synthetic), cedar/tile, and low-slope membranes (PVC/TPO/EPDM, mod-bit, BUR, coatings).
- Transitions & terminations: valleys, step/counter flashings, kick-outs, chimney saddles, shingle-to-membrane tie-ins, perimeter metals.
- Leak forensics: slow-leak signatures, seam probing (where appropriate), water-path tracing.
- Ventilation sanity check; attic/interior indicators when accessible.
- Deliverables: photo set, Good/Watch/Fix summary, and rough order-of-magnitude estimate.
G.O.A.T. Upgrades
- Drone imagery: orthographic roof overviews, roof-plane shots, and close-ups of difficult transitions.
- Expanded documentation: more annotated photos, area-by-area findings, and clearer insurance-ready language.
- Priority delivery: report assembled as fast as practical (often same day, conditions permitting).
- Optional add-ons (quoted): moisture scans/infrared, core cuts (with owner approval), extended video walk-through.
Non-invasive visual audit. Hidden conditions under roofing sometimes require exploratory removal; if advisable, we’ll state it clearly with options.

How is this different from the $300 Superior Audit?
G.O.A.T. includes everything in Superior + drone imagery and expanded documentation. It’s built for roofs that need iron-clad documentation for owners, buyers/sellers, HOAs, or adjusters.
Do you fly the drone everywhere?
Where local regulations and safety allow. If airspace or weather prevents a flight, we’ll capture equivalent detail from the ground and note that in the report.
Can you do this for flat roofs?
Yes. For large commercial membranes, see our Commercial Flat Roof Inspection page (PVC/TPO/EPDM, $0.25/sf, $150 min). G.O.A.T. upgrades can be added to commercial scopes too.
Turnaround time?
We assemble G.O.A.T. reports as fast as practical (often same day). If specialty add-ons (IR scans, core cuts) are requested, we’ll give a clear timeline.
